Preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 1 medium or large beetroot
  • 1 large Apple
  • 2 - 3 Carrots
  • 1 Lemon

Directions :

  • Wash all vegetables under fresh running water. 
  • With a sharp knife, Cut beetroot, apple, carrots in small peices for blending.
  • Put all vegetables in the blender and blend until you see transforming it into a liquid paste.
  • Pour out the drink into a glass or jar as per your convenience and add lemon to it. It's ready to be served!!

If the paste is very thick, you can add some drinking water to it. Plus, you can add some salt for enhancing the taste. 

But, salt additional salt should be added only after consultation with a qualified professional doctor, as many diabetics also suffer from high blood pressure issues. Therefore, additional salt might affect the health.
