Here is a wonderful juice recipe made with natural vegetables and fruits like beetroot, carrot and apple, lemon that will not only keep you energised but also help in boosting immunity.


How To Make Immunity Booster Drink

This drink is made up of all natural vegetables and fruits that you can easily get from any nearby market.

Ingredients Required:
  • Carrot (300 gm)
  • Apple (100 gm)
  • Beetroot (300 gm)
  • Lemon (1/2 tsp)
Directions:
  • Cut beetroot, carrot and apple in small pieces and wash it well.
  • Now, put these chopped pieces with some water in a blender.
  • Blend it well until it gets a paste like consistency.
  • Now strain to remove all the fibres and collect the clear juice into a glass.
  • Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Mix it well and it's ready to serve
You can also put some small ice cubes in it before drinking as per your convenience.
