How To Make Immunity Booster Drink

This drink is made up of all natural vegetables and fruits that you can easily get from any nearby market.

Ingredients Required:
  • Carrot (300 gm)
  • Apple (100 gm)
  • Beetroot (300 gm)
  • Lemon (1/2 tsp)
  • Cut beetroot, carrot and apple in small pieces and wash it well.
  • Now, put these chopped pieces with some water in a blender.
  • Blend it well until it gets a paste like consistency.
  • Now strain to remove all the fibres and collect the clear juice into a glass.
  • Add half a teaspoon of lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Mix it well and it's ready to serve
You can also put some small ice cubes in it before drinking as per your convenience.
