1. Finalize A Workspace 

Find out an area in your house that you can use as a workspace. Sitting down everyday in this work area sends a clear signal to your brain that it’s time to focus on work like a regular office day. At lunch time, Move away from your designated workspace and have your meal.

As you complete your workday, move out of your workspace and return back next day as per your office timings. This will let your brain & body understand when to focus and when to relax.

2. Find A Good Chair

Get a comfortable, ergonomically sound chair that will keep you properly aligned and in right posture throughout the day.

3. Get Ready For A New Day As Usual

Work from home convenience and house ambiance might affect your routine. So, make sure that you follow a normal morning routine, take a shower, have your breakfast, get dressed in your work clothes (if possible) and head to your designated workspace for new day.

4. Follow Healthy & Fixed Diet Plan

Working from home gives us easy access to household snacks and other food stuff, hence it's important to follow a fixed eating plan like we follow a specific lunch time in office. You should also avoid eating at your designated workspace. Include some immunity boosting drinks, protein, vegetables, salads & nutrition rich items in your diet so as to sustain good health from both inside and outside. 

5. Get Up & Walk Every Hour 

It can be easy to get stuck in your seat, especially if you get a nice & comfortable chair, but doing so for a long time could strain your back or neck. So, make sure that to set a timer or reminder that can let you know that it's time to get up, walk, stretch, get some sunshine and fresh air.

6. Schedule Fitness Workouts   

Physical and mental health are key to healthy living. Schedule your workouts as you do meeting and try sticking to the regime everyday. Choose foods that boost mind power & focus, along with letting you feel energized all day.

7. Maintain A Healthy Work-Life Balance

Track your work hours and keep yourself loved ones happy. Don’t let work seep into your personal time, or vice versa. Avoid working on weekends if you can, and spend quality time with your kids & family.
